Sometimes, even as you’re doing something, you wonder if you’re about to do something stupid.
Like, when Kitten Thunder got excited about me unwrapping the baby’s
hamper. This, they thought, was going to be good.
Turns out they were right.
It’s upright and in the bedroom now. They keep hopping in and out of it.
So far it’s in one piece so maybe in not as stupid as I think I am.

Collapsible hampers have been adopted as kitty caves in my home as well. I bought one for a trip and when I brought it back, the cats moved in. It is permanently padded with a blanket or head pad, and in colder weather or when privacy is desired, covered with a blanket.
See, that’s a great idea. I’d say I should get them their own… But SOME people might say the kittehs have enough places to sleep.
